CNC Lathe machining service from 1/8” to 12” max turning diameters, with capabilities 6.55” max thru spindle bore to 48” max turn length. Many of our complex lathe parts require CNC milling services. These are coordinated throughout the shop with our bar coded production scheduling system.

CNC Mill Machining (4 Axis and 5 Axis Rotary Trunnion)

Starke Machining offers multiple CNC Mills with capabilities up to 50” X Axis height with a 5 Axis CNC trunnion for complex geometries. Other capabilities include a 4 Axis Robo drill and a Tilting Head mill needed for special projects. Our personnel are fully trained and the complex geometries are insured with our extensive quality control lab. Starke Machine insures your project status consistently with our bar coded production scheduling system.
