Starke Machine provides quality precision milling and lathe machining services. Starke Machine specializes in producing precision prototype and production parts from 1/8″ up to 12″ in diameter.

As an added service to loyal customers, Starke Machine Company offers inventory and warehousing for parts and components to ensure a constant supply of special parts specific to our customers’ needs. Our customers can feel satisfied knowing that anytime they need a specialty part, they can call us to get it shipped immediately. Many of our customers receive our parts “Dock to Stock” or “End Item Acceptance”. These programs are granted to only the vendors with the highest quality standards and ratings. Our parts are delivered directly to the point of use, either inventory or the shop floor. Starke Machine can also set up a scheduled shipment to a specific location to ensure no down time.

Starke Machine is skilled at small to medium-sized milling, and turning from single prototype to high-volume production runs. We produce CNC machined parts and components for the oil and gas, aerospace, construction components, and other commercial markets.

Here at Starke Machine we pride ourselves in the ability to work with many different materials including aluminum, beryllium copper, brass, bronze, cast iron, copper, carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, tool steel, Delrin®, nylon, polyethylene, PEEK and PTFE.

Starke Machine uses the latest programming software to program new parts.. Our experienced programmers can upload your existing part models or program from scratch using your supplied blueprint.
